    • CVV Rejected by Card Issuer: The customer entered an invalid security code or made an error in their card information. Let the customer try the transaction again – if the rejection persists, the customer needs to contact their bank.

  • Location-based: The bank declines based on location.

  • Bank Fraud Rules: The bank’s fraud rules prevent transactions.

If your payment cannot be processed through your account, or if you still have issues with your card, please try the following:

  • Change your payment method at checkout or use a different credit card or bank account.

  • If none of the above applies, please contact us with your order number (if available), name, email address, error notification, and error screenshot, and we will review the details and assist you in proceeding with your order.
